Wide diversity of assignments

Our area of expertise is the performance of temporary assignments at senior executive management level. Assignments frequently arise from management problems at the very top of the client's organisation, and often involve change management issues like strategic orientation and implementation, problems of continuity, the direction and integration of business activities, difficulties during takeovers and mergers, divesting business activities etc. Knowledge of their own sector is usually available to companies, but the expertise required in the above circumstances frequently exceeds their capabilities.
