The longest-standing interim management group in the Netherlands (founded in 1974). A group of Partners from a wide range of sectors, each with at least 10 years of experience as a Managing Director / General Manager. Closely collaborative working methods, leading to an intense exchange of knowledge. Put those factors together to understand what we are all about.

Targeted and committed

Targeted because of our ability to work with you to quickly but accurately identify and analyse the problems, to formulate objectives and then to initiate, steer, implement and anchor the intended change. Committed, because in order to achieve the objectives we will assign a partner who not only possesses the necessary competencies and has faced similar challenges in the past, but who will also empathise deeply with your business processes and the staff who implement them.

Discrete and independent

Custom Management is unique in the temporary senior management market as all assignments are carried out by Partners. Our Partners are also fully independent: we are not part of a larger company, we do not have commercial ties to other organisations, and we do not take on external freelance managers to carry out our assignments.

We are well aware of the high level of discretion such positions of trust entail. So while we are glad to publicise our successes, we never identify our clients by name, and we will only reveal the type of assignment we are carrying out for you, and the outcome, when we have your express permission.
