Who are we? What do we do?

Is there a management problem at the top of your organisation?

We, Custom Management, are a partnership made up of company Directors. We carry out temporary assignments at top management  level and provide leadership in complex projects. In general terms we achieve this by identifying the problem and formulating objectives, providing coordination and support during subsequent actions to implement the intended change.
Custom Management was founded in 1974 and has its registered premises at Leusden, the Netherlands.

With our 35-year history, Custom Management is therefore among the longest-established operators in the temporary top management market. Our partners are engaged in board level roles, and take ultimate responsibility for their performance. The briefs we are presented with are highly diverse in character, frequently taking the form of an (organisation-wide) project.

The partners who form our company all have at least 10 years experience in relevant sectors, in roles where they took ultimate responsibility. The collective knowledge and experience of many years standing are your guarantee of quality and success.

Our organisation

By definition, Custom Management partners carry out projects with and on behalf of third parties. They spend only a very small proportion of their time at our own offices in Leusden. This means that our head office can be run by a relatively small staff. The staff is headed by the Managing Partner, who is appointed to that role by the other partners. He is released from participation in external assignments.
